Evaluation on Industrial Waste Disposal Management

Through the sampling and analyzing the steel slag, this project probed the changing of chemical composition and moisture content from the steel slag which was storage in 6 months to draw up the correcting mechanism of report. The cleanup and recycling status of industrial waste that difficult to cleanup, including furnace slag, dust, sludge, and waste solvent were investigated near the four seasons. By tracking the waste of three steel industries, propagating case for sludge mixed burning, and holding three conferences for the recycling of waste solvent with TFT-LCD Panel Industry and Semiconductor Industry, this project has supported the management proposal. On the other hand, based on “Enterprises designated Waste Professional Technical Personnel” coming into force, this project continued to promote the enterprise designated waste professional technical personnel and completed the investigation of twenty professional technical personnel and reviewing the range of restricted industries. In addition, for enhancing the ability of industrial waste self-management, this project assisted the enterprise to develop self-management process and compiled the self-management reference guide for industrial waste. In order to enhance the management mechanism of industrial waste, the evaluation of rationality and completeness for disposal according to the industrial waste disposal plan was continually conducted.
